Matrix accreditation
We are proud to announce that we have recently been accredited by the Matrix Standard. The Matrix Standard is the national quality standard for any organisation that delivers information, advice and/or guidance on learning and work.
The Matrix Standard consists of eight elements, four focused on how you deliver your service and four focused on how you manage your service. Continuous improvement is at the heart of the Matrix Standard. ‘Having carried out the Assessment in accordance with the guidelines provided, the Assessor is satisfied that LRAC e2e meets the Matrix quality standard for information advice and guidance services. Accreditation to the Matrix Standard is granted for the external services provided by LRAC e2e’
